Would you like to have a voice in helping shape services at Parkside Medical Centre?
We would love to invite you to our upcoming Patient Participation Group (PPG) Meeting — a chance to meet the Parkside team, learn more about what the PPG does, and find out how you can get involved.
📅 Date: Thursday 21st May
⏰ Time: 12:00pm – 1:00pm
📍 Location: Parkside Medical Centre Waiting Room
What is the PPG?
The Patient Participation Group (PPG) is made up of patients and practice staff who work together to help improve services, patient experience, and communication within the practice.
What does a PPG participant do?
As a PPG participant, you can:
- Share feedback and ideas from a patient perspective
- Help the practice understand what matters most to patients
- Discuss ways to improve services and access
- Support health promotion and community initiatives
- Be involved in conversations about changes within the practice
- Help ensure patient voices are heard
You do not need any experience or medical knowledge to join — just an interest in helping improve the practice for all patients.
At the meeting you can:
- Meet members of the Parkside team
- Learn more about the role of the PPG
- Ask any questions you may have
- Hear about current projects and improvements
- Find out how to become a PPG member
We are keen to welcome more patients from all backgrounds and age groups so that the PPG reflects the community we serve.
We look forward to meeting you and hearing your views.
