We are continuing to receive a high level of demand from our patients for our services and we are continuing to aim to respond to these within 48 hours of the request. We continue to experience some staffing disruptions due to Covid 19 and in those instances, we would look to prioritise urgent requests.
Please continue to support the practice team by allowing plenty of time for services such as prescription request.
Please contact the surgery by online services requests / telephone rather than attending the practice – especially if you have Covid symptoms.
If you do need to attend the practice, we would appreciate that you continue to wear face masks to protect other patients and staff.
