Booking an Appointment
You can call 020 7703 0596 or visit our surgery to make an appointment with a doctor. You can request a consultation on the day, or up to 5 days in advance. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will need to re-book your appointment so please be prompt to avoid delays.
If more than one member of your family needs to be seen, please make a separate appointment for each of them. Children under 16 should be accompanied by an adult.
