We work closely with the Supporting Parents Programme. This free group course is for carers and parents of people with long term conditions. The course is designed to help you understand what obstacles you are faced with as a carer, and to develop your coping skills and offer you support through the process. No set clinics are held and these services are provided by the Nurse Practitioner and Practice Nurses during normal surgery hours, by appointment.
