Welcome to Parkside Medical Centre
We hope you find the care we provide to be helpful and convenient. Our doctors and nurses are committed to providing a service that is for everybody. We have extended opening hours to provide more accessible clinical care. We are very keen to work with you - our patients - to develop the doctor’s surgery in a way that suits you most. We have established a regular Patient Participation Group for registered patients to hear your views. Together, we want to address needs within the community to make the service as flexible as possible for everyone.

Our practice manager has overall day-to-day responsibility for the surgery. They ensure that the service is running smoothly and manages the team of clinicians and administrators. The reception team is your main point of contact when you use our services. All our staff are there to help you and are pleased to do so. They may need to ask you medical details in order to work effectively and at all times are working under the instructions of the doctors. All information given to them is treated in confidence. The more information you are able to give the receptionists the better they will be able to assist you. We all strive to provide you with the best possible care.
