If you have a long - term condition, you may well have experienced situations where you felt that you condition was holding you back. This type of experience can have an effect on your confidence and prevent you from making the most of your life. The Expert Patient Programme tackles these obstacles and will teach you methods that you can rely on to help overcome them. These free courses are run by people with long term conditions and offer you a confidential means of support where you can share experiences and frustrations and learn how to manage your condition in a way that allows you to make the most of your life.
